Importers should ask for compliance papers by SKU, not a factory-wide stamp. How XBORUL treats DOT / JWL-VIA style documents and partner-plant certificates.
Search listings that say βDOT JWL TUV factoryβ as one stamp are how buyers get the wrong file. XBORUL confirms papers per SKU and destination. Partner-plant certificates are labeled as such β they are not automatically Chengshihuanyu-held.
Direct answer
Write the market (US / JP / EU / other) on the RFQ. We tell you what can be issued or shared for that drawing. Do not assume every forged SKU ships with every mark. Hub: Certifications. FAQ: Buyer FAQ.
What buyers usually mean
- DOT-style β US channel language; confirm the exact document for the SKU, not a homepage icon
- JWL / VIA-style β Japan-oriented test / mark language; again per program
- Plant certificates β IATF or similar from a partner plant stay labeled as partner-plant. XBORUL does not present them as Chengdu-entity owned
Plant QC and balance video: Factory. Inspection stills sit on the same path as packing β QC & export packing.
How this changes the quote
- Trail / beadlock SKUs may have different street-legal expectations than a BMW 5×112 street forged
- EV catalogs (Tesla forged) still need PCD/ET/CB locked first: spec note
- Sample MOQ 4 does not include a new test campaign unless we write it into the quote
What to send
