How XBORUL moves a forged SKU from a 4-piece sample to repeat FCL orders — drawing lock, packing, and what changes at each quantity tier.
Most new XBORUL partners do not start with a container. They start with a 4-piece sample on an agreed drawing, then scale. This is the commercial path we use so the bulk order matches the sample you approved — not a different face three months later.
Direct answer
Sample MOQ is often 4 pieces per design. Agreed samples typically take about 15 business days. After approval, the same drawing, finish and packing method scale to batch and FCL. Quote reply is typically within 3 hours during business hours.
Stage 1 — lock the drawing
- Size, PCD, ET, CB, structure (1/2/3-piece or off-road)
- Finish swatch and branding (logo, cap, carton mark)
- Market notes: packing, labels, any paper you need per SKU

Stage 2 — sample (MOQ 4)
The sample is for fitment, surface and photo work — not a secret third drawing. If the face or ET changes after sample, treat it as a new SKU. Forged structural coverage on approved forged programs is a 5-year structural warranty against manufacturing defects.
Stage 3 — pilot / small batch
Typical first bulk is a short run that reuses the sample baseline: 20 / 40 / 100+ depending on the catalog. This is where packing (carton, pallet, FOB) is frozen. See Loading & Shipping.
Stage 4 — container / repeat
Repeat orders keep the same drawing number. Mixed SKUs (forged + off-road, or two finishes) are possible when production slots allow — send the mix on the RFQ, not after the line is booked.
