Minimum fields that unlock a useful quote
- Wheel type — 1-piece forged, 2-piece, 3-piece, cast, off-road / beadlock path, truck program, etc.
- Size — diameter × width for each SKU (or a size matrix)
- PCD / ET / CB — or vehicle model + year list if you are still mapping fitment
- Quantity tier — sample only, pilot batch, or bulk / container estimate
- Finish — name or photo reference; multi-finish ladders are fine
- Target market — helps packaging, labeling and documentation notes
Optional details that speed engineering review
- Face style reference (photo, link or drawing)
- Load / application notes (street, track, off-road, show)
- Branding needs: center cap, laser logo, private carton marks
- Preferred Incoterms and destination port / warehouse
- Timeline: sample date needed, first bulk window, show deadline
- Previous PO or SKU codes if this is a reorder / revision
Sample vs bulk — say which you need
Pricing and lead time differ by stage. Label your request clearly:
- Sample quote — evaluate fitment and finish before catalog commit
- Sample + bulk roadmap — best for new private label launches
- Bulk / reorder only — when master sample already exists
