Stance super singles and dual-rear HD trucks are different SKUs, packing and photo stories. How XBORUL quotes F-150 class and 8-lug programs without mixing them in one caption.
Truck catalogs die when a super single photo is sold as a dual-rear OEM replacement. The tire, the barrel, the offset and the shopper are different. XBORUL runs truck / super single as its own line so the carton and the website tell the same story.
Direct answer
If the catalog sells wide stance and a single large tire per side, quote a super single program. If the truck keeps dual rears, say so on the RFQ β width and ET will not be the stance number. F-150 class landing: F-150 truck wheels. Older note: truck super single programs.
Two shoppers, two drawings
Stance / show wants diameter, lip or concave, and an aggressive ET. Photography is the sales tool. Hardware and finish must match the sample. This buyer will also look at off-road if they lift the same truck.
Work / dual-rear wants a wheel that packages with dual tires, a conservative ET, and packing that survives a dealer warehouse. Mixing that SKU into a super single photoshoot trains the wrong customer.
Bolt patterns
F-150 class and HD trucks are not one 8-lug. Common conversations include 8×170 / 8×180 class and related patterns. Always send year/model or the stamped PCD. Same discipline as passenger: spec PCD / ET / CB. Hub: Fitment.
What changes in production
- Blank and barrel width on super singles
- Packing volume β fewer wheels per carton stack, more foam. Loading & Shipping
- Finish: polished and chrome-class show well and cost more. Finishes
- Balance and QC still sit on the line β Factory, including dynamic balancing
Can we mix truck and Jeep in one container?
Often yes, if you send the mix on the first RFQ so production can slot it. Jeep beadlock is a different hardware kit: Jeep, beadlock vs monoblock. Toyota 6×139.7 is another split: Toyota forged.
Sample path
Do not skip sample on a new width. MOQ on many forged programs is 4 pieces. Approve ET against the actual truck, not against a render. Then scale. Sample approval checklist.
Quote: Contact. Papers: per SKU.
Worked example
A North America wholesaler wants 22β³ polished super singles for F-150 class show trucks and a conservative 18β³ black dual-rear for the same dealer groupβs work trucks. That is two drawings, two photo sets, two packing specs. We can share a container if both are on the PO. We will not share a product title. First-year advice: launch the stance hero if that is the website, add dual-rear after the first reorder β assortment planning.
Photography and claims
Super single photos look aggressive. If the page also says βOEM replacement for dual rear,β you will eat returns. Keep Program notes on this site as fitment language, not fake delivery stories. Same rule on your catalog.
FAQ
Is super single always 8-lug?
No. Send the stamp. 6-lug trucks exist in other channels β Toyota 6×139.7 is a different book.
Can we chrome a work-truck dual SKU?
You can. It is usually the wrong cost. Paint is the default for work. Finishes.
Load and papers?
Ask per SKU and market. We do not stamp the homepage onto every barrel. Certifications.
Sample both?
Sample the new width. If dual-rear is a small ET change on a known face, we will say whether a paper check is enough.
