Factory video is not decoration if you know what to look for. XBORUL publishes process clips so a brand or importer can see the path that will copy their drawing. This note maps How we make wheels to the SKU fields you already signed.
Direct answer
Watch in order: blank → CNC face → hub/interface → barrel → polish/finish → dynamic balance. If a sample vibrates or the cap sits proud, the conversation is geometry and balance, not a new Instagram filter. Open the factory page, then send the drawing on Contact.
What each station is for
Blank and setup
The forged blank is the 6061-T6 starting stock. If the catalog claims forged, this is the evidence, not a polished photo. 6061-T6, FORGED Technology.
CNC face
Spoke layout, concave and the look your website will sell. A design change after sample is a new face, new drawing. Reading the drawing.
Hub and interface
PCD holes and center bore. This is where “almost 5×112” becomes a return. PCD / ET / CB.
Rim / barrel
Width and inner profile. 2-piece barrels and super singles live or die here. 2-piece, super single.
Polish and coating
Finish is a process, not a filter. Lock the swatch. Finishes.
Dynamic balancing
The sixth station on the factory path. A beautiful face that walks at speed is not a finished SKU. If your market is picky, say so on the RFQ and we keep the balance conversation on the same PO as cosmetics.
How this ties to sample approval
When the crate lands, you are checking that the video path was applied to your drawing. Use the sample checklist. Cosmetic issues send photos; vibration issues send vehicle, speed, and whether the tire was mounted by a shop that skipped weights.

Worked example
A buyer sees the coating-line clip and asks why their chrome sample is not on that hanger. Chrome-class is not the same recipe as gloss black on the hangers. The video is the path family, not every finish. Ask for the finish that is actually on your PO. Finishes.
Another buyer hears a vibration complaint after 200 km. Before we recut, we ask: tire brand, mounting shop, whether weights were applied, and whether the sample set was balanced on our line — which it should have been. Video of the balancer is on the factory page as step 06.

Does every SKU go through all six stations?
Forged catalog SKUs follow that path. Beadlock hardware adds ring work. Cast, if ever quoted, is a different story and is named as cast.
Can I skip balance to save a day?
No on a forged program we will put our name on.
Where is marking?
PCD, size and brand marks are part of the process stills. Private label marks must be on the drawing. Branding.
Is the video the factory you will use for my PO?
It is our process path. Specific machines can vary by slot. The drawing is the control document.
